Next Stage Capacity Building Programme 2022
Next Stage Initiative
As part of the Next Stage initiative, and with the support of the Creative Europe programme of the European Union, FEDORA offers professional training for emerging artists and creatives to stimulate innovation in opera and dance, in the fields of sustainability, inclusivity and digital transformation.
Throughout the year, representatives from our 31 Platform Members have the opportunity to join three sessions held in collaboration with expert partners in these fields to boost their knowledge and expertise. This unique opportunity enables these professionals to exchange with industry experts, as well as to learn from peers from all over Europe.
Since June 2022, FEDORA has already encouraged over 50 emerging artists and creatives from 12 different countries to foster connections, share best practices and acquire new working tools and perspectives on inclusivity, sustainability and digital transformation.
